The interior of the restaurant was clean and had a spacious atmosphere, making it very relaxing. The sounds of cooking from the open kitchen and conversations with the staff were enjoyable, creating a warm ambiance. The first dish served was simmered chicken liver and spinach ohitashi, which had a gentle flavor that left an impression. For grilled dishes, we ordered salt-grilled sweetfish and grilled eel liver, both of which had a wonderful aroma and just the right amount of saltiness. There were many dishes that showcased the ingredients, such as low-temperature cooked oysters and a plate of small squid, which were also visually appealing. The variety of drinks, including sake and wine, was abundant, and it was fun to try different combinations with the food.
