The interior is slightly dim, with ample space between the seats, allowing for a relaxed experience. Warm tea is served first, which brings a sense of comfort. The tonkatsu is tender and flavorful, with a light crispy coating that is very delicious. The two types of sauce have distinctive flavors that enhance the main dish. You can choose between white rice or barley, and it's nice that you can also get refills of cabbage and miso soup. The pickles have a characteristic aroma of Kyoto, and I enjoyed them along with the flavor of ground sesame.
