As you climb the mountain path, you arrive at a quiet location where the air feels refreshing. You can pay in advance and receive a ticket, allowing you to wait comfortably in line, which is reassuring. The warmth of the wood stove is pleasant, and if the timing is right, you can also enjoy watching the preparation. The soba noodles are thin and have a smooth texture that goes down well, and the flavor of the dipping sauce is rich, making for a perfect match. The tempura features a variety of vegetables, is lightly fried, crispy, and very delicious. The hot soba broth, soba dumplings, and small side dishes were also delightful, leaving me satisfied until the end.
