It is a small and calm shop, and the interior is very clean. The pure white tables and comfortable chairs make it pleasant to spend time there. The signature dish, Torokatsu, has a crispy coating and the meat inside melts in your mouth, with a strong flavor of braised pork. It is delicious even without any sauce, but it pairs excellently with the sauce. The salad, spaghetti, cold tofu, and miso soup are all carefully prepared, and you can feel the attention to detail in the finely shredded cabbage and thin spaghetti. The sweet and spicy finish of the fried chicken, the refreshing tartar sauce that goes well with the fried dishes, and the fluffy rice all provide a sense of satisfaction.
