The mushrooms with grated radish is a perfect ensemble of mushrooms with a strong Western-style statement. The main course, chicken thigh steak, is interesting and tasty with the unique concept of buying the chicken after the order is placed. The dish's mineral white wine is also a perfect match. The Carpaccio Tombi is light and lean, giving it a flavor similar to horse or cherry meat. The pork sautee has an excellent ginger-based sauce and the meat is well-balanced in its cooking. In addition to the flavor and unique concept of the cuisine, Western-style Inotsuchi also offers large portions and delicious cooking conditions.
