In a small shop with a calm atmosphere, seats are arranged around the counter, and there is one table. It is nice to enjoy the chef's special dishes little by little while facing the gentle owner. The Kyoto-style obanzai, which makes use of local ingredients, has a gentle flavor that is comforting. During lunch, there is a daily menu, and dishes like pork bulgogi and simmered sanma go well with rice. The dashimaki is fluffy, full of broth, beautifully cooked without any burnt color, and very delicious. The cold tofu with wild garlic and the sanma with a hint of ginger are tender enough that the small bones are not a concern, and they are deeply flavorful.
