In a cozy shop centered around the counter, you can enjoy the flavors of Taiwan. The set includes small dishes, salad, soup, and dessert, which is delightful as you can taste a variety of flavors. The braised pork rice has a rich soy sauce flavor with a moderate sweetness and the aroma of star anise, complemented by tender pork and thick fried tofu that makes the rice go down easily. The small dishes are mainly vegetables, with the fragrance of fish sauce, garlic, and cilantro that becomes addictive. The soup has an ethnic nuance while also having a strong Chinese flavor, leaving a lasting taste. Even the finishing touch of almond tofu was carefully prepared, resulting in an overall satisfying experience.
