The best spare ribs of your life! A homey restaurant run by a couple. Spare ribs with garlic toast (1,500 yen) The spare ribs are boiled, cooked in a frying pan, and then placed in the oven. The ribs are then coated with butter and sliced in a grid pattern on a bed of garlic toast, allowing the juices to soak in and the ribs to soak up all of the delicious flavor. I love spare ribs and have had many in the past, but this one is probably my favorite, both in taste and quantity. I also ordered pasta for the first time this time, which consisted of shrimp, squid, bell peppers, onions, and a special tomato sauce, Neapolitan style? I thought it would be Neapolitan style, but it was finished with a little milk. The taste was very mild. They also have a course menu at night, and I usually introduce this place to my friends when they ask me about "good restaurants". I am always pleased with this restaurant, including the couple's hospitality.

I am a big fan of their spare ribs and visit about once or twice a year. This time, I took the plunge and chose the mushroom hamburger steak (1,050 yen). I browned it in a frying pan and put it in the oven. Finish with a generous drizzle of sauce. I had imagined a fluffy hamburger steak, but it was a hearty, well-cooked hamburger steak. The seasoning is light, but goes well with the rich sauce. Combined with rice (310 yen), it was a quick and easy meal ^_^. It was delicious, but not as good as the shock I felt the first time I ate spare ribs here.
