The restaurant is spacious, clean, and has a wonderful atmosphere. The Ayame set meal allows you to enjoy both half a grilled eel rice bowl and sashimi at once, which is satisfying. The eel has a pleasant char on the surface, and the flesh is fluffy and thick with a nice glaze from the sauce. The tuna sashimi is rich in fat and has a strong umami flavor, similar to what you would find at a sushi restaurant. The liver soup is refreshing with a good dashi flavor, and the mozuku vinegar and pickles are also very enjoyable. There is a sense of reassurance in the freshness, and the seafood chirashi, grilled fish set meal, and warm soba are all delicious.
