The liver has a creamy texture, and the sauce is gentle. The skewers are served in pairs on a plate, and they neatly separate your preferred salt or sauce if you ask. It's a small shop with a counter and tables, where you can enjoy your meal calmly even if you're alone. The chicken salad, Neapolitan pasta, and fried chicken are also delicious, and it's great that they offer takeout as well.
