The menu is limited, with a dish of roast meat that spreads the aroma of ginger as the main attraction. It is served on a hot iron plate, keeping it warm until the end, and the sweet and spicy sauce clings to the mashed potatoes, making it hard to put down the chopsticks. A salad with homemade dressing, gentle miso soup, and pickles are well-balanced, and they even served warm tea after the meal. I believe it is a comforting dining place where even the time spent waiting feels pleasant.
