The sushi, which brings happiness from the very first bite, captivated my heart from the first small dish. A plate combining junsai, yam, egg tofu, and crab has an irresistible aroma of dashi. The nigiri, in addition to the vividness of the toppings, has a wonderful harmony as the vinegared rice gently falls apart. The squid salted fish and grilled skewers of beef liver and green onion that came out midway were served at just the right time and were deeply flavorful. I was recommended a suitable sake, allowing me to thoroughly enjoy the pairing with the appetizers. In the quiet atmosphere, I was able to spend my time slowly while feeling the thoughtful attention to detail.
