The assorted appetizers, featuring colorful vegetables and pâté, lift your spirits even before you start eating. The prosciutto and edamame flan has a light richness that makes you want to reach for more. The homemade fresh pasta, both tagliatelle and tonnarelli, is chewy and pairs well with the seafood nori cream and the tomato sauce with pancetta. The roast duck and agnolotti gobbi are cooked to perfection, and even the accompanying vegetables are delicious. When you mix the ricotta cheesecake or chocolate cake with zabaglione, a delightful sweetness spreads. The menu changes with the seasons, so there are new discoveries to enjoy every time you visit.
