You can enjoy a leisurely meal while gazing at the riverside scenery, which relaxes the mind. The atmosphere at the counter is calm, and the service is attentive, making you feel at ease. The first dish, sesame tofu, was smooth and fragrant, and I really liked it. The grilled squid dish cooked on a shichirin (a small charcoal grill) has a lively feel and is fun. The presentation of the hassun (a seasonal appetizer) is beautiful, and you can feel the creativity in each bite. The flavors of the anago (conger eel) sashimi, simmered eggplant with grated daikon, and chicken meatball soup were all memorable, making for a pleasant moment.
