In a calming space that utilizes a traditional Japanese house, you can relax comfortably after taking off your shoes. There are chair seats and tatami mat seating, allowing you to sit comfortably in either. The freshly ground 100% sprouted buckwheat soba has a wonderful aroma, and its texture and smoothness are delightful. The dipping sauce, rich in bonito broth, has a clear umami flavor, and the dipping sauce for the duck soba is thick and memorable. The soba can also be enjoyed with salt, which enhances its aroma, and when wasabi is placed on top of the soba, its fragrance spreads elegantly. The tempura has a crispy batter and good ingredients, and the service was smooth, leaving me satisfied.
