This shop, located in a corner of a building in front of the station, offers the flavors of Hiroshima. The oyster ponzu is crispy on the outside and plump on the inside, making it truly delicious. The gansu is lightly grilled on a hot plate, enhancing its aroma and making it perfect as a snack. The okra wrapped in meat pairs well with the richness of salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce, making it easy to keep eating. The okonomiyaki is fluffy, made with fresh noodles and finely chopped cabbage, and the sauce with oyster and lemon flavor complements it perfectly. The staff is friendly and easy to talk to, making for a pleasant experience.
