You can enjoy it refreshingly even in the hot summer. *Available for two servings or more, and only accepts reservations made by 12 PM the day before.
The miso base has a moderate spiciness that perfectly complements the sweetness of the offal. We recommend finishing with cheese risotto! Originally, it was only offered in winter, but due to many requests to enjoy it even in the hot summer, we are now serving it as a standard hot pot.
