An izakaya where you can taste authentic Inaniwa udon
Iwabee is a beloved udon izakaya in the Nakasu area, opened in 1984 as a sister restaurant to 'Iwasho.' It features smooth Inaniwa udon from Akita, along with specialties like negi-tuna udon and sakura udon. The dashi made from bonito flakes from Kagoshima and kelp from Hokkaido is exquisite and pairs perfectly with the udon.
