An izakaya where you can taste authentic Inaniwa udon
Iwabee is a beloved udon izakaya in the Nakasu area, opened in 1984 as a sister restaurant to 'Iwasho.' It features smooth Inaniwa udon from Akita, along with specialties like negi-tuna udon and sakura udon. The dashi made from bonito flakes from Kagoshima and kelp from Hokkaido is exquisite and pairs perfectly with the udon. Additionally, the izakaya menu is extensive, offering a variety of delightful dishes to enjoy.
