I was able to enjoy Italian cuisine in a relaxed atmosphere in Furano. The fresh pasta had a pleasant texture and harmonized well with the sauce, which was satisfying. The Bolognese had wide noodles with great flavor, and the remaining sauce could be savored with the accompanying bread until the last bite. The appetizer platter was carefully prepared with vegetables and prosciutto, and each flavor was distinct. Even though one person was managing everything, they served the dishes at the same table simultaneously, showing great attention to detail. The place is quiet, not too crowded, allowing for a leisurely dining experience.

I stopped by because I wanted to eat pasta in Furano. The restaurant is run by a small number of staff who manage everything carefully, and the flow of the dishes being served is smooth. It's nice when the dishes at the same table are served together. The fresh noodles are well coated with each sauce, and the differences in shape and width are enjoyable and very delicious. The appetizers are mainly vegetables, and each dish has a different seasoning, so you can enjoy them without getting bored. The Bolognese, carbonara, and squid ink risotto also have great aromas and textures, and I was satisfied being able to savor the sauce with the bread.
