Being close to the sea, the freshness of the sashimi is wonderful, and I was delighted from the very beginning. The omakase nigiri has smaller rice balls, allowing me to enjoy a variety of toppings, which made me excited with every bite. Indulging in melting salmon roe and rich monkfish liver added to the luxurious experience. The private tatami space was spacious, allowing me to relax and focus on the sushi. Dishes like deep-fried tofu with crab sauce, salad, and chawanmushi were all carefully prepared, making it hard to put down my chopsticks. Finally, sipping the miso soup conveyed the skill of the attentive chef, and I left the restaurant feeling satisfied.
