Ristorante Nakagawa Olive Garden megane

The restaurant offers Italian cuisine that makes use of olives and local vegetables grown on the premises. Monster salads, pizza, pasta, and ajillo are popular, and the olive oil and dressings are also homemade. The composition of the dishes is appealing, emphasizing the flavors of the vegetables and olives.

Glass windows and terrace seating overlook an olive grove, and natural greenery and light envelop the space. The interior is decorated with warm woods and natural materials, creating a relaxed atmosphere where you can spend time in comfort.

On July 15, 2017, we opened for business as a restaurant on the grounds of an olive grove in Arao City. With a philosophy that combines agriculture and cooking, the restaurant has begun its journey as a restaurant that uses local olives as ingredients while conveying the charm of the region through its cuisine.

The owner, Mr. Nakagawa, once worked for an electronics manufacturer and other companies before returning to his hometown of Arao to combine olive cultivation and cooking. He grows olive trees over 3 hectares and is involved in everything from product development to cooking, emphasizing a philosophy that links agriculture and food in one.
