The restaurant is run by a family, creating a warm atmosphere. The grilled chicken skewers are all fragrant, and the heart is especially hot and juicy. The liver has a melting texture, and the chicken breast was moist. The miso served with the cabbage adds a nice accent, making it hard to stop eating. The chicken gizzard with grated daikon and ponzu sauce is refreshing and fun to eat. The meat tofu, simmering hot in a clay pot, has a rich flavor from the egg, making you want to have rice with it.
