In a cozy shop, there is a counter and tables with teppanyaki grills. In addition to okonomiyaki and yakisoba, there are also teppanyaki dishes and izakaya-style items available. They cater to both Hiroshima-style and Kansai-style, so you can choose based on your mood. The Hiroshima-style is packed with cabbage, has a gooey center, and the pork on top is grilled to a fragrant perfection, making it delicious. The sauce has a good balance of sweet and spicy, and you can adjust it to your liking with two types of sauces on the table, aonori (seaweed), katsuobushi (dried bonito flakes), and mayonnaise, which is fun. They grill each one carefully, so you have to wait a little, but that means you can enjoy it fresh and piping hot.
