This is a small okonomiyaki restaurant located in a corner of a residential area. As you pass through the noren (curtain), the teppan (griddle) is right in front of you, and it's enjoyable to watch the cooking process. The soba modern has a fragrant soba, and the thin batter combined with the sweetness of the cabbage makes it light and easy to eat. The fried rice is finished with a fluffy texture, and the aroma of soy sauce whets the appetite. The sauce is not too heavy, and the aonori (seaweed flakes) and beni shoga (pickled ginger) provide a nice accent. The seating is centered around the teppan and is cozy, allowing you to enjoy the hot dishes in a relaxed atmosphere.
