The cozy counter is the main feature of the interior, which has a warmth that makes it easy to feel at home even for first-time visitors. A variety of local sake from Shimane is lined up, and simply saying 'please recommend one' allows the owner to choose the perfect bottle for you. Served in wine glasses or tokkuri (sake vessels), the aromas are enhanced, making each sip exciting. The snacks range widely from sashimi to potato salad, red tempura, and simmered dishes, all pairing excellently with sake. The daikon radish and grilled tofu in the oden have a gentle flavor, and the time spent savoring them felt very luxurious. The pleasant atmosphere, where customers share their seats with each other, adds to the comfort, making it a wonderful place to enjoy a fun evening.
