In a quiet house in Gion, there is a calm space with 12 counter seats. The skills of the grill master shine, and the skewers grilled over Tosa Binchotan charcoal are crispy on the outside and moist on the inside. The local chicken and Shamo chicken are carefully cooked one by one, and the seasoning of salt is just right. Comparing Hinai chicken and Kawamata Shamo chicken makes the differences in texture and juiciness clear and enjoyable. The size of the gizzards and the strong texture of the wings of the Kyoto chicken also leave a lasting impression. The service is attentive, and you can slowly savor an authentic yakitori course in an atmosphere typical of Gion.
