4.1

In a calm space, there are both a counter and tatami seating available. The place is run by a couple, and their gentle service is reassuring. The rice is modest in size, while the toppings are thick, providing a pleasant mouthfeel. The seasoning of the kohada is exquisite, and the crab is fresh and full of flavor. Their dedication to uni and tuna is evident, and everything looks appealing. Although you may have to wait as they prepare each piece carefully, that time adds to the overall satisfaction.
