Located on the top floor of the commercial facility Seleo adjacent to JR Kofu Station, 1008 is an attractive restaurant that specializes in meat dishes centered around teppanyaki. The ginger pork set meal, in particular, features perfectly thick cuts of meat and exquisite seasoning that pairs wonderfully with rice. While enjoying the view from the north exit, you can indulge in high-quality dishes such as Koshun beef teppanyaki.

This restaurant located in the station building's dining area is exciting as soon as you enter, with a large iron grill in sight. The cooking is carried out rhythmically by staff in chef uniforms, and I was captivated by their skillful techniques. The seafood special okonomiyaki is packed with shrimp, squid, and scallops in the batter, offering a luxurious texture and flavor. The special mix, topped with a thinly cooked egg, pairs perfectly with the moist interior and sweet sauce. The signature highball, made by mixing red wine with soda, is sweet and light, making it easy to drink even for those who are not fond of wine. I was very satisfied to relax in the beautiful interior while enjoying the aroma of freshly cooked food and looking out at the north exit.
