The counter is the main feature, allowing you to relax even when alone. The skewers grilled with binchotan charcoal right in front of you have a wonderful aroma and are very delicious. The pork throat cartilage has a fun texture to chew on, showcasing the careful craftsmanship. The skewers of liver, pork sagari, sand gizzard, squid, and green onions each bring out their own flavors. The jidori tataki and grilled pork feet are also fragrant, making you want to keep eating. The chef's service is sincere, and even when busy, he kindly engages with you, making for a pleasant experience.
