It's nice that it's easy to find, located near Kushida Shrine and Kawabata Shopping Street. The skewers are substantial, and the special grated daikon with ponzu flavor gives a light aftertaste. I was able to enjoy a variety of flavors in order, from beef skirt and pork belly to scallops and Unzen ham. I couldn't help but reach for the grilled eggplant, potato salad, and grilled rice balls, and before I knew it, I was full. The chicken wing dumplings and soy sauce grilled sea bream from the Ariake Sea also conveyed a rich umami flavor. It was bustling with locals, and I was excited by the variety of the menu.
