This is a calm restaurant where you can leisurely enjoy refined Japanese cuisine. The sashimi and grilled fish are very fresh, and the umami is distinctly felt. The soba has a good texture, a pleasant mouthfeel, and pairs well with the aroma of seaweed. The tempura has a light batter, the shrimp is bouncy, and the squid has just the right amount of chewiness, which is satisfying.
