The interior is chic and calm, allowing you to relax in partitioned seats. It operates on an all-you-can-eat and all-you-can-drink style, where you order one item at a time per person. Initially, you are served beef tongue shabu, vegetables for the hot pot, and a sashimi platter, after which you can try as many dishes as you like. I was delighted that I could have a refill of the greens for the hot pot, and I enjoyed it thoroughly. The fluffy egg in the okonomiyaki, beef tongue sushi, and grilled chicken were all excellent, and since the portions are small, I could taste a variety of dishes. There were also many drink options, and I was very satisfied to enjoy limited-quantity snow crab.
