The marinated chicken breast is tender and soft, and very delicious. The quail eggs are infused with flavor and have a lingering deliciousness. The chicken neck with green onions is also tasty, and the heart has a satisfying chewiness. The chicken wings have one bone removed, making them easy to eat, which is a nice touch. The shiso-wrapped chicken thigh and plum combination is perfect and pairs well together. There is also a radish salad and a rice bowl topped with chicken wings and thighs, allowing for a delicious experience until the very end.
