As a yakiniku restaurant that has been loved by locals for many years, it started in Ueda and has expanded to Nagano, Matsumoto, and Saku. We continue to operate rooted in the community, delivering the flavors of Shinshu to many people. We will continue to be a beloved presence for the local people. While cherishing the food culture of Shinshu, we are continuing to take on new challenges.
