This is a cozy little shop with a counter and a raised seating area, where you can spend your time in a relaxed atmosphere. It offers a variety of local specialties from Fukui, and the ambiance inside is warm. The grated soba noodles are infused with the juice of freshly grated daikon, and the flavorful noodles slide down easily. You can also change to spicy daikon according to your preference. The sauce katsudon is served in a straightforward style without cabbage, and the crispy coating pairs well with the sweet sauce. Additionally, there is game meat curry, and the bear meat is tenderly simmered, which was a delightful surprise.
