The soba noodles have a perfect thickness unique to hand-made noodles, with a chewy texture that goes down smoothly. The soba is served with condiments, and the fragrant soba tea is a delightful addition. The oyakodon features tender chicken and creamy eggs that blend together, with a flavor that is just right, not too strong. You can enjoy a leisurely time while gradually changing the taste with the shichimi spice and soy sauce on the table.
