You can see the chef's skill from the counter, and I am excited by the careful work. The sashimi is fresh, especially the horse mackerel, which is thick and firm, and very delicious. The crunchiness of the octopus suckers is also pleasant, and the texture of the red meat and sea bream is satisfying. The set meal comes with small side dishes and a hot miso soup with clams, showing attention to detail. There are also options for steak, fried horse mackerel, and fried scallops, all of which pair well with rice. Drinks and desserts are included, allowing for a relaxed enjoyment until the end.
