Upon entering, there is a tank with live fish swimming right in front of you, which is exciting. There are private rooms and a counter, allowing for a comfortable seating experience. For lunch, I had simmered sea bream and amberjack, accompanied by sashimi, chawanmushi (steamed egg custard), miso soup, seasoned rice, and even a dessert, which left me satisfied. The simmered fish was rich in flavor, making it easy to enjoy with rice. On the counter, there were ume-shu (plum wine) fruits, which added a little extra enjoyment. The course included dishes like gome-ni (a type of simmered dish) and stone-grilled abalone, king crab, sea bream, squid, and Saga beef, and the staff takes care of the grilling, which is reassuring.
