The interior seems to have been newly arranged, creating a bright and clean atmosphere. I spent time at the counter, where the seating is spacious, allowing for a relaxed dining experience. The sashimi platter featured fresh ingredients, and the presentation was beautiful, making it enjoyable to look at as well. The braised pork belly was so tender that it fell apart with a touch of chopsticks, and the sweet and savory sauce was well absorbed. The small dishes, such as the kelp-marinated sea bass and fried taro, were also plentiful and had flavors that made me want to keep sampling. There is a wide variety of sake available, including sake with fin, which paired excellently with the dishes.
