At a shop in Nanatsuboshi Yokocho, the savory smell of grilled oysters fills the air, creating excitement. The freshly grilled shellfish are juicy, and the flavor of the sea bursts in my mouth, leaving me impressed. The bento box with mackerel in miso and grilled salt was accented by kinpira gobo and pickled daikon, keeping it interesting until the end. The salmon bento topped with salmon roe and flaked salmon was also substantial, and the aroma of the seaweed was very pleasant. You can enjoy your meal while looking out at the field from your seat, which gives a sense of openness and a special feeling. It's very convenient to buy quickly with cashless payment, so there's less stress even in line.
