Fukuwagura is a collaboration between Imuraya and a Fukui sake brewery, and has a stylish, standing and sitting area. The menu offers three types of sake, depending on the quantity. Junmai Ginjo sake is mild, smooth, and easy to drink, and the sake is unpasteurized, so there are no corners. The menu also includes a wide variety of snacks, and we recommend the Tsukudani, a dish made with seaweed from Ise-Shima and served with tofu. We can get Fukuwagura's Junmai Ginjo-shu nearby, and we cherish drinking it. It is a truly delicious sake, and I hope to come back next time to enjoy it more leisurely.
