This shop is located on a quiet street a short walk from the station, welcoming you with a calm atmosphere. The counter and tables are arranged at a comfortable distance, allowing you to enjoy sushi in a relaxed mood. The toppings, such as sea bream, squid, and tuna, are particularly large, and the fresh umami spreads throughout your mouth. The vinegared rice has a subtly gentle flavor that enhances the taste of the ingredients, which is delightful. The red miso soup and clear soup are packed with ingredients, and you can distinctly taste the flavors of the water shield and clams. Casual conversations with the chef and unexpected fruit service made it clear why this place has been loved by locals for many years.
