When I stopped by casually, the Japanese on the menu was polite and conveyed a sense of authenticity. The beef pho, when combined with the bean sprouts and lemon on a separate plate, releases a wonderful aroma and is easy to eat. The chicken pho is light yet full of flavor, and I was happy to see plenty of cilantro. The fresh spring rolls had crisp vegetables and had the gentle taste I was expecting. The baguette for the banh mi had a good crunch, and the ingredients paired perfectly with the tangy salad. I felt that the menu was very extensive, and it was a place where I could casually enjoy authentic Vietnamese cuisine.
