At the souvenir corner of Sendai Station, I was excited to see my desired items lined up in the refrigerated case. The fried fish cake with tofu, called 'Muu', has a light and fluffy texture, and the flavor of the fish gently spreads. It is not greasy, and the aftertaste is refreshing and delicious. The 'Doraboko', which is like a dorayaki, has a batter made with fish cake and contains cream cheese, and you can enjoy a change in flavor by drizzling it with maple syrup. I'm also happy that there is no fishy smell. They even included a cold pack, so I felt secure carrying it around.
