Our rice is 100% Koshihikari from Minami Uonuma, directly sourced from contracted farmers. It is said that only about 10% of the Koshihikari from Minami Uonuma available in supermarkets and markets comes through agricultural cooperatives, making it a rare rice that accounts for just over 0.2% of the total shipment volume. We obtain it through our unique channels, and we want everyone to enjoy not only horse sashimi and sake but also this top-quality first-class rice.
