Upon entering the shop, the rugged atmosphere and the lineup of records excite me. The first dish that comes out is a salad with a strong garlic dressing, and I couldn't help but ask for a second serving. The harami (skirt steak) is juicy, and with every bite, the flavor of the meat spreads. The tenderloin is surprisingly soft, and the light aftertaste is pleasant. Two types of sauces are provided: soy sauce butter and garlic soy sauce, allowing me to enjoy a change of flavor depending on my mood. Holding a beer in one hand and savoring the fragrant steak made me smile with happiness.
