This special course is a must-see for sake lovers who can compare three kinds of popular sake, including the rare "Jyushiyo". You can enjoy a gem of a sake such as "Shinmasa," "Jikin," and "Tobiroki," depending on the day's inventory. The eight skewers carefully selected by Yamadori, grilled over binchotan charcoal, offer a wide variety of skewers, including not only jidori chicken skewers but also seasonal vegetable skewers. The menu also includes a small bowl of cooked food, a salad, two special dishes, and ice cream to finish off the meal. This is a luxurious course that allows you to enjoy three rare and famous sake including "Jyushiyo" and A5-rank Sendai beef rib roast skewers. You can taste 9 skewers grilled over binchotan charcoal while comparing sake from such gems as Niimasa, Jikin, and Tobiroki. In particular, the Sendai beef ribeye skewer is a gem with a fine flavor and savory aroma.
