This is a calm restaurant with 6 counter seats. The seasonal flower arrangements are beautiful, and the atmosphere is very comfortable. I especially love the seasonal fruit white miso, and the white miso with figs and strawberries is impressively delicious. The charcoal-grilled local chicken is rare and tender, and the tataki, sashimi, and kelp-wrapped dishes are also satisfying. The selection of alcoholic beverages is abundant, and the staff will suggest options based on your preferences. The meticulous work shines through, making it perfect for a relaxed experience, so I recommend making a reservation before going.
