Izumiya is located on the first floor of Matsuzakaya main store and has been providing traditional Western-style confectionery since its establishment in 1927. The special cookies are particularly recommended. The shop also sells original cookies featuring Matsuzakaya's healing character, Sakura Panda, which are popular for their cute designs. There are limited edition Sakura Panda cookies available as well. The assortment includes cookies with Sakura Panda prints and seven other types of cookies, all of which are delicious. Limited edition products are also available during Sakura Panda's birthday celebration, making them perfect as souvenirs or gifts.
